Refund Policy

At Tender Tales Boutique, we want every order to arrive with care and intention.

Because we offer books, printables, digital downloads, and specialty items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Digital downloads, printable products, and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, downloaded, personalized, or returned without prior approval.
